Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on any purchases, including:
- Physical copies of journal articles or complete issues
- Digital versions of journal articles or complete issues
- Individual journal articles
Damaged or Defective Physical Copies
If you receive a damaged or defective physical copy of a journal issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at journal@ihausa.org with a description, and photos of the damaged product. We will review your request and may provide a replacement at our discretion.
Digital Access Issues
If you experience technical problems accessing a purchased digital product, please reach out to our support team at journal@ihausa.org. We will work to resolve the matter but cannot offer refunds for digital purchases.
